Kimberley Manning is a painter and illustrator based in Sydney, Australia.

Kim's practice challenges the hyperreal and oversaturated world of hard-core pornography. The disassociation that can result from the constant exposure within mainstream media is remedied by disaggregating and reinterpreting explicit themes through a semi-abstract lens. The result is a tableau rife with passion, intimacy, love and vulnerability. She leaves the viewer feeling seduced and encourages her audience to fantasise the rest of the story.
